The Old Vicarage is a charming listed Grade II Georgian Vicarage in a hamlet designed by Humphrey Repton.
Established for many years with many repeat guests both for nearby work or on vacation from all over the world. Informal and friendly atmosphere with no set times for breakfast. You meet fellow guests at large dining room table with only local free range healthy produce (we support Compassion in World Farming).
All rooms have colour television (some video selection), teamaking facilities, magazines and books with our own herbal beauty products (Martha Hill).
The house is set in large gardens and off road parking is available.
This is a delightful place to be. Slightly old fashioned we may be but that is what gives the Old Vicarage great character....
Suitable for anyone who loves old buildings, comfy rooms, paintings animals and flowers but no noise but the birds. Fantastic restaurants 1-2 miles.
We can help guests with any personal help they may need - find restaurants, book taxis etc.
