We are situated in the heart of Filey in a Victorian terrace on a quiet street.
We are only five minutes walk from the rail and bus station and one street from Filey's shops and restaurants.
Filey's five mile beach is only a short walk from our house passing through the crescent gardens with lovely views across the bay.
Filey is a great place to visit and caters for all walks of life whether you are interested in bird watching, fishing, walking or just lazing about on the beach.

The house has been receiving guests since 1911 and now offers six comfortable en-suit rooms with a relaxed informal atmosphere throughout.
Start the day with a lovely home cooked breakfast ranging from the traditional full English to lighter options including smoked salmon, seasonal fresh fruits and berries.
All accompanied by cereals, toast, tea, coffee and fruit juice.

From the north and south on the A165 follow signs into Filey town centre and turn right at the junction into west ave then second left into Rutland street.
Abbots Leigh is situated approx 100 meters on the left.
Prices range from £36.00 - £42.50 per person per night (based on two sharing a room) including breakfast. Children under 12 are half price when sharing with two adults. (Sorry no Children under 7 please).
