We are on the main coast road, with the beach of Gwithian Sands/Godrevy approx 10 mins walk away. Excellent for surfing/kiting/walking/cycling/etc. Large Victorian house set in beautiful garden overlooking countryside views. Approx 10 mins walk to Hayle, for excellent restaurants/pubs/shops. Bus stops outside the premises, short distance from train station. Excellent value for money.
As a family run Bed and Breakfast we take pride in having you feel welcome at our home. Although we are just a short distance away to the town of Hayle and just a few miles from St Ives, we are lucky to have a wonderful Victorian house with excellent country views and a peaceful setting.
In this part of the country, you are never far from the sea, coast to coast. Easy access to St Ives, Eden Project, Minack Theatre, St Michaels Mount, Lands End, Sennen Cove and Botallack Mines.
Our beach of Gwithian Sands, some 3 miles long, is well known for its excellent surf at all times of the year. Blo-karting and kite surfing too are very popular on our beach, which is within walking distance.
Walkers and cyclists are popular to the area and we have several nice walks and cycle paths offering fantastic scenery and sights.
We have a beautiful Bird Paradise in Hayle, excellent for families, along with our fun Maze of Corn (one to be dazed by).
At the house we are lucky to have off road parking and storage for bikes and boards etc.
A local surf academy is close by and several hire shops for any surfing/boating and diving activities.
We also have on site a small cafe offering light lunches and the traditional cream teas and homemade cakes to die for! We believe in using local and fairtrade produce wherever possible. We offer excellent value for money and think you will find it well worth the trip! We as a family look forward to welcoming you.

From the M5: t
Take the south bound route to the exit A30 Bodmin. Follow the signs as far as Bodmin where you will pick up signs for Truro/Redruth/Penzance/Hayle. Follow the signs for Hayle. At Hayle roundabout take right towards Hayle and at double miniroundabouts take first right into Loggans Road, follow this road for approximately 1 mile, we are situated on this coast road, on left hand side, marked Upton Towans.
