Carpenters B&B is situated in the village of Brize Norton on the edge of the Cotswolds. This 17th Century Cotswold stone building is an ex-public house and, as a Grade II listed building, retains many original features. Known to locals as The Axe this former pub now provides a comfortable and friendly bed & breakfast.
All rooms en-suite, with tea and coffee making facilities, colour TV and complimentary water. Local produce is used wherever possible and all food is freshly prepared.
Carpenters is conveniently located for exploring the Cotswolds.
Blenheim Palace at Woodstock, Bourton-on-the Water, Stow-on-the-Wold, Bibury and Oxford are each approximately 15 miles away. Cheltenham, Gloucester, Highgrove, Evesham, Tewkesbury and Swindon are all within an hour's drive.
The market town of Witney is just a few minutes away by car and offers a variety of shops, restaurants and bars. We are conveniently situated for family and friends visiting personnel at RAF Brize Norton.
