The welcome, peace, good food, comfort, views and Downland countryside are something special.
Ash Farm House was built in 1842 and is within an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (soon to be National Park).
Our Guests have direct access to Wealdway and so on to South Downs way and the Downs. Whether you are expericenced walkers, cyclists or horse riders or just 'strollers' you can enjoy wonderful views and the Downland countryside from Ash Farm.
With luck you might see a peregrine falcon, wood pecker, adonis and chalky blue butterfies, cowslips, wild orchids, glow worms etc etc.
Geof cooks full English breakfast, or delicious smoked haddock.
