A luxury tranquil bed and breakfast close to Hexham, Corbridge and Hadrian's Wall, The Riverside Chapel is a converted Georgian chapel, separate from our main house, with two en-suite rooms, overlooking the river and woodland beyond.
The Chapel has its own sitting/dining room, where tea and homemade cake await you upon your arrival and where a hearty farmhouse breakfast is served in the morning at a time that suits you.
Enjoy the peaceful location in the guests' garden and patio area next to the river and if you are travelling by car, there is a car park adjacent to the chapel.
Two local pubs, five minutes away by car, offer excellent lunches and evening meals; also both Hexham and Corbridge, offer a wide selection of eateries to suit all tastes.
Birdwatchers will delight in the abundance of wildlife surrounding the chapel and for walkers we have a wealth of local walks, plus Hadrian's Wall country and the Pennine Way close by.
"A Castle every mile" is the local saying and it's true! From Historic Hexham and Corbridge to Alnwick Castle in the North, there are many historic castles and houses to see in this area. Details are available in The Chapel.
Relax, unwind and enjoy some peace and quiet at The Riverside Chapel, where you will be sure of a very warm welcome.
