All bedrooms have en-suite facilities, with the two larger rooms having shower and bath (one having a hydrotherapy bath); a guest lounge and an indoor swimming pool are also available for guests.

Our bed and breakfast has excellent access to the main A11 / M11 road into Norwich; we are also located near the University of East Anglia, the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, Lotus Cars and Norwich's fine, historic city centre, with easy access for Norwich Union buildings.
We have a bus stop outside the drive-way, where buses run past every 5-10 minutes to the city centre; walking into town only takes 30-40 minutes.
There is ample on site car parking and you are welcome to park here, early on your day of arrival and late on your day of departure.
