Bed And Breakfast's own web site
How Foot is a large colonial style house situated in an acre of secluded gardens, on the fringes of Pooley Bridge; with the village square only a ten minute walk away, so all the facilities are close at hand.

However, the private location of the house ensures that we are pleasantly sheltered, from the hustle and bustle of this popular village.

How Foot is an ideal location, from which to relax and enjoy the beautiful valley of Ullswater and all of its many attractions.

We only take one party of guests at a time, therefore we have devoted the whole of the upper floor of the house to your accommodation:

Here you will find the family bedroom, with its own private, fully equipped bathroom and adjoining lounge area, plus a single bedroom.

The family room has a double and a single bed, with lovely views across the lawns towards the village, while the single room looks out towards the fell of Heughscar and Barton Common.

Highlights
  • Secluded location in Ullswater Valley.
  • Situated in an acre of private lawns plus a water garden.
