We are a family run, non-smoking guest house, just 8 mins walk from the city centre.
All rooms are en-suite with drinks trays, remote colour TVs and alarm clocks.
We provide complimentary conditioner/shampoo and shower gel, together with towels and soap; there are hairdryers in each room, plus iron/ironing board and trouser press are available 24/7 to guests.
Breakfast is included in the price.
We also have a pay phone for guests' use and hold a current fire certificate.
Some off street parking is available.
Expect good service, a comfortable bed and a quality breakfast, served from 8.30-10.00am.
A front door key is provided to allow 24 hour access.
