Higher Coxes Farm is a family run bed and breakfast on a working farm, which is surrounded by open countryside and just a ten minute walk from coastal footpaths on the "Jurassic" coastline; it is an excellent base for exploring the coast, rural towns and countryside in East Devon.
We have three bedrooms: 1 en-suite with a king-size bed.
1 large room with a king-size bed and private bathroom.-
1 double-room.
All rooms have colour TV, towels and tea/coffee making facilities.
Guests have full use of a large lounge, which has a traditional log burner and TV; they are also welcome to unwind in the lovely large garden.
Our full English AGA cooked breakfast is always popular, using fresh and homemade produce whenever possible.
Higher Coxes Farm, is just one mile from the A3052 coast road and the neighbouring sea-side towns of Sidmouth, Beer, Branscombe and Seaton are on the doorstep.
Nearby attractions to name a few are: The Donkey Sanctuary, Seaton Tramway, Beer Quarry Caves, a working forge and an old bakery.
