Lower Pottles Organics is situated in a small hamlet of ancient thatched cottages on a 25 acre organic smallholding. (undergoing organic conversion)
It nestles within the lee of the rolling Devon countryside and is placed on the edge of the small village of Exminster, close to Exeter.
Easy transport links to major road and rail networks, make it an ideal location to explore the historic city of Exeter, the rugged landscape of Dartmoor, Powderham Castle, plentiful local beaches and breathtaking coastal area.
The beautifully appointed double rooms are both en-suite with organic towels, an organic tea/coffee tray, TV/DVD and hairdrier.
Relax over mouth watering organic breakfasts, which are served in the exclusive guest sitting/dining room, or outside on the patio; they include our own organic free range eggs, fresh fruit salad or compote and a full 'Devon' breakfast, from locally sourced organic produce.
A choice of breakfast menu is always available and vegetarian/vegan dietary requirements can be catered for.*

Directions from M5:
Leave at junction 30 and follow signs for A379 towards Dawlish.
Turn left at Matford roundabout again towards Dawlish and Exminster into Sanverville Way, then turn right into the village of Exminster.
Continue past Tesco Express and take next right into Days-Pottles Lane.
After 1/2mile you will find a white cottage on the left and red sandstone cottages on right. Ignore the left turn there and continue for a further 50 metres - turning left into a farm track. Lower Pottles is on your right.
DO NOT CROSS THE FORD
