Peter Barn is a converted tithe barn set in the beautiful and tranquil Ribble Valley, on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Waddington.
We are 4 miles away from the historic market town of Clitheroe and well situated for exploring the Ribble Valley and Forest of Bowland.

Planted with a range of species both native and foreign, the gardens are a family achievement, transformed from a field, into a colourful and peaceful haven with abundant wildlife.
Guest accommodation is situated on the first floor, taking full advantage of the view over our gardens towards Pendle Hill and Longridge Fell.
