Kimcraigan approx 6 miles from the centre of Inverness on the A82 Inverness/Fort William Road and 7 miles from Drumnadrochit, Urquhart Castle and Loch Ness monster exhibition.
There is a regular bus service into Inverness, where full amenities can be found,- banks - restaurants - entertainment.
The house itself is recently and tastefully decorated to a very high standard throughout.

From Inverness by car:
Take the A82 Fort William road for about 6 miles.
Turn right into the village of Lochend and we are the B&B in the centre of the village on the loch side.
By bus:
Take the Drumnadrochet or the Fort William bus from Inverness to the village.
