Three Quoins bed & breakfast is located in the hamlet of Trevalett, just 4 miles from the town of Launceston.
Our modern bungalow is set back from a quiet country road, offering 2 spacious guest bedrooms, one double and one twin with digital colour televisions, tea/coffee facilities and clock radios, both rooms have ensuite showers.
The dining room with views over the garden and pond through the patio doors, has separate tables, where we serve a full English breakfast, with a choice of ingredients sourced locally wherever possible, including Cornish bacon, sausage and free range eggs.
A guest lounge area is provided with views over the colourful garden, where you can relax with a book. A wireless internet connection is also available.
Ample off road parking is situated within our large landscaped gardens with fish pond, mature trees and shrubs and a little bridge over the stream.
Three Quoins is ideally situated just off the A395 and one and a half miles from the main A30.
Within half a mile there is an 18 hole golf course with Leisure Farm, also nature trails and course fishing.
Launceston (4 miles) once the capital of Cornwall has a steam railway, museum and Norman Castle.
Picturesque fishing harbours and safe beaches are about half an hours drive. Many National Trust properties Eden Project, Dartmoor and numerous other attractions within an hour.

On the A30, from Exeter direction:
Go past the Launceston turning, after approx. 2 miles; take the slip road off signed North Cornwall, Wadebridge and Camelford, the A395. At the roundabout take 3rd exit continue over flyover to next roundabout, take 1st exit, continue past Trethorne Leisure farm/golf club, on your right. Then take next turning on the right, signed Hidden valley, Trevallett and Tredidon, continue down country road for 0.7 mile, Three Quoins is then 2nd bungalow on the left.
