Just off Junction 41 of the M4 mortoway is Tree Tops, a Victorian house built in the mid 1800s, which we converted into a guest house 21 years ago. We offer a warm welcome to both business and tourist alike, and are dedicated to providing a friendly personal quality service to all of our guests.
Conveniently situated on the A474 at Briton Ferry we are in the Swansea Bay area, at the gateway to South West Wales. The beautiful Gower Peninsular, the stunning scenery of the Brecon Beacons and the National Botanical Gardens of Wales and Aberglasny are just a few of the many attractions within a 20 minute drive

By Car:
Off at J41 of the M4, to the first roundabout, take the A48 to the next roundabout, straight through that roundabout on to the A474 travel for i mile and tree Tops is on the righthand side of the road.
By Train:
Travel to Neath station then take a taxi to the guest house approx 1.5 miles.
Single ensuite room: £34.00 per night.
Double ensuite room: (single occupancy) £37.00 to £40.00 per night.
Double ensuite room: £60.00 to £64.00 per night.
Family ensuite room: From £74.00 per night.
All prices are inclusive of full breakfast.
