Polgover farm offers farmhouse bed and breakfast en-suite accommodation, situated near Looe in Cornwall.
This absolutely stunning farmhouse dates back to the 16th century; lovingly and beautifully restored, the house contains a wealth of original period features,including flagstone floors and open fireplaces.
The house is set in beautiful gardens with views over the picturesque Cornish countryside, yet only a short distance from Looe and Polperro.
For a relaxing evening, guests can either enjoy the peaceful surroundings from the gardens, or relax in the 17th Century wood-panelled TV lounge, which incorporates the breakfast room, where a truly delicious farmhouse or continental breakfast, using local produce is served at seperate tables.

The rooms are all individually decorated and of exceptional quality and standard.
All rooms have colour TV's, clock radios, hairdryers, Cornish bottled water, and tea and coffee making facilities; they also have central heating (for the colder months).
Double (Gold) room and Double (Lilac) rooms:
Lovely bright rooms, providing double bed accommodation and en-suite shower rooms; the view from the bedroom window looks over the surrounding countryside, with the moors in the distance; these rooms are situated at the front of the house, overlooking the front garden.
Twin (Wild flower) room:
A lovely room on the first floor of the house; there are two single beds here, separated with a bedside table and lamp and it has its own private bathroom next door; this room is situated at the side of the house overlooking the side garden.
There are many good pubs and local restaurants nearby and we keep a folder containing a selection of menus; we are pleased to make reservations on your behalf.
Polgover farm is a traditional working sheep farm and is set in an ideal position for touring the whole of Cornwall and also Dartmoor in South Devon.
National trust houses and gardens, The Eden project, Lost gardens of Heligan, the many beaches on the stunning coast-line, superb walks and recreational facilities.
Whilst being a working farm, the farm-yard is actually set apart from the house, so you will find your holiday with us very relaxing and peaceful.

Directions
From Plymouth (the North):
Travel along the A38 to Trerulefoot roundabout, then the third exit for Liskeard and continue for approximately three miles.
Turn left for Looe on the B3251 and carry on for one mile to a crossroads.
Turn left onto the B3252 and carry on for another half a mile where Polgover farm is on the right hand side.
From Liskeard (the South):
Travel along the A38 towards Plymouth. About two miles after Liskeard turn right onto the B3252 for Looe and carry on for another two miles, where you will find Polgover farm on the right hand side.
