Located one mile to the north of Derby in the suburb of Darley Abbey, we are a family run B&B set in a large victorian house.
We are close to the university and on the edge of the Peak District with Kedleston Hall and Chatsworth within easy reach.
We accomodate visitors from all over the world with some returning year after year.
Our rooms all have TVs, hot drink making facilities, fluffy towels and wireless Internet is also available.
The Double and Twin Rooms are en-suite, whilst the two single rooms share a shower room with bathrobes provided.
We have a large lounge with widescreen TV and comfortable seating, plus books and magazines for guests' use.
Breakfast is served around a large table and is freshly prepared especially for you; we offer a variety from boiled eggs, to our full English breakfast served with local black pudding.
There is off road parking for approximately six cars.

By Car from the North:
Take the exit from A38 signposted city centre A6 and follow the road through two pedestrian crossings.
We are located on your right directly after the 2nd crossing. From the South:
Coming into Derby from the A52, take the A6 for Matlock.
Continue past the Broadway pub on your left and after a short distance we are located on your right, before the pedestrian crossing.
A regular bus service operates approx. every 10 mins from Derby city centre and we are just 15 minutes by Taxi from Derby railway station.
