Darrington Cottage is a small completely self contained 2 bedroom house.
The bedrooms and bathroom are located on the first floor and the family room and kitchen/diner, are on the ground floor overlooking the garden.
Every room has a TV, DVD/VCR player and there is a music system in the family room; a small porch/lobby leads to the garden.
Guests are completely independent and can use all the facilities in the kitchen; tea, coffee, drinking chocolate and fruit juices are provided.
We usually do a full English breakfast with locally supplied meats, eggs, vegetables etc; cereals are also provided if required.
We do not cater for evening meals, but with a Waitrose and M&S Foods within 10 minutes walk, we encourage guests to buy a "ready" meal which can be prepared in the microwave in the kitchen.
The garden is for the use of the guests and eating "al fresco" is encouraged - weather permitting!
