We are situated in a quiet village, on a 'no-through' road, just on the outskirts of the historic market town of Stony Stratford.
The village itself, has a general store and a village pub . A regular bus route operates to Central Milton Keynes, 0r is a 10 minute drive by car; Silverstone is only 15/20mins away, with Towcester racecourse being 10mins away approx.
The guest dining room, and several of the bedrooms, boast fabulous views over open countryside and meadows, which attract an abundance of wildlife; there are also river walks nearby.
All our rooms are on ground level and have full en-suite facilities, Freeview TV, hospitality trays and hairdryers; Wi-Fi is also available at a small charge.
Breakfast is served in our dining room and our standard breakfast is the traditional full English, although self service and continental breakfast are also available.
Evening meals are can be provided at a separate cost, with prior notice.
We also have ample off road parking.

Directions
From The North:
Exit the M1 at junction 15, Northampton.
At the roundabout turn right onto the A508 signposted Milton Keynes. Follow the A508 through Roade and Grafton Regis.
You will then come to a large roundabout, where you take the second exit signposted Old Stratford & Stony Stratford.
After approx 300 yards you will come to a set of lights, turn right there onto Deanshanger Road, We are approx 250 yards on the left.
From The South:
Exit The M1 at junction 14, Milton Keynes.
At the roundabout turn left onto the A509.
Follow to the next roundabout at which turn left onto the H3 Monks Way.
Continue along this road over 7 roundabouts.
At The 8th Roundabout take the 4th exit signposted A5 North. Follow the A5 to the roundabout, take the first exit signposted Old Stratford & Stony Stratford.
After approx 300 yards you will come to a set of traffic lights. Turn right there and we are approx. 250 yards on the left.
