Our guest house is situated in the small village of Edwinstowe, located within Sherwood Forest.
Visitors will arrive to find warm and friendly accomodation with a feeling of home from home.
We provide a full English breakfast from the hours of 7:15am to 9:30am.
There is a guest lounge, a dining area and all bedrooms have either en-suite or a dedicated bathroom; colour televisions and tea/coffee facilities are provided in every room.
The village has retained many of its tradtional characterisitcs, both in architecture and in lifestyle.
Visitors interested in the legend of Robin Hood, will find many sites of interest here, including the Major Oak and St Mary's Church, where Robin Hood and Maid Marrion were supposedly married.
The region has some interesting historical places to visit including; Bolsover Castle built within the Norman period, Hardwicke Hall(14 miles), is one of the finest Elizabethan buildings in Britain, with extensive parklands.
For the active and outdoor pursuit enthusiast, there is a highly popular go-kart setup, a paintball park that regulary holds regional tournaments, also quad biking and tree rope walk arena.
We are approximately 1.5 miles from Centre Parks, 3 miles from Thoresby Hall and just under 12 miles from junction 29 of the M1.
