Our small, friendly, licensed guesthouse, is just three minutes walk from the bay and the beach; we offer long relaxing holidays, weekends away, romantic short breaks, coastal and country walks or cycling breaks.
This late Victorian guest house is in the heart of Combe Martin and offers our guests the re-assurance, of having been inspected by the English Tourist Board, gaining a 4 star rating.
All rooms are well appointed with en-suite facilities, colour television and most have either coastal or country views.
Parking? No problem, we have our own large car park.
We take the utmost pride in our full English breakfast, using local produce. Evening meals are also available by prior arrangement.
Vegetarians are catered for.
Breakfast: A comprehensive breakfast menu is available between 8.30am and 9.30am.
Evening Meal: A varied two course menu at £12.00 per person per night and a varied three course dinner at £15.00, is available between 6.30pm and 7.30pm. We also stock a selection of wines to accompany your meal.
Coffee: May be taken in the TV lounge bar, or in the gardens, quietly watching the world go by.
The local village of Combe Martin is a welcoming place, with several friendly public houses, restaurants, tea rooms and a tourist information centre, within a few minutes walk

Directions
Turn off the M5 at J27, and follow the A361 towards Barnstaple:
After 20 miles you'll reach a roundabout on the junction of the A361 and A399.
Turn right onto the A399 sign posted to Combe Martin.
Continue along this road for 15 miles through the scenic Exmoor countryside, to wind your way down to Combe Martin village.
Drive right through the village, past the beach and we are approximately a further 350 yards along on the left hand side.
Our car park is situated to the rear of our guesthouse. Please follow our signs.
