Set in the beautiful Welsh countryside ROSE VILLA is an 8acre smallholding on the outskirts of Pennant, situated approximately 3 miles from the main A487 coast road.
ROSE VILLA is also an ideal place to stay if you are on a Birdwatching, Fishing, Walking, Golf or Cycling holiday, or just looking for a place to get away from it all for a quiet break.
ROSE VILLA is situated along a private drive and with all the rooms having their own private ground-floor entrance, you are free to come and go as you please.
All of our rooms have en-suite shower rooms, colour televisions [with Freeview], tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryers, radio alarms and seating areas; towels are also provided.
The rooms also have connecting doors, making them ideal for families to have the use of more than one room.
You do not have to go far to see the local wildlife, with Pheasants wandering around the garden and wild ducks on our lake.
In the spring we usually have a pair of Canadian Geese visit the lake to breed [raised 4 young in 2008]; the lake is also home to Dragonflies and many more types of wildlife throughout the year.
We have under cover parking for Motor-cycles and stables and grazing for those who wish to bring their horse or pony.

Directions
From Aberystwyth travel South along the A487 for approximately 10 miles to Llanon;
As you leave Llanon turn left [by 40 mph sign] and go up the hill. Follow this road past the turning for Cross Inn and take your next turning left [no signpost] into a narrow lane.
Go past the farm and ours is the next entrance on your right.
Follow the drive right to the end.
