Directions
From Newton Abbot follow directions for Torquay:
Then follow signs for 'Sea Front' and 'Conference Centre'.
Bear right at traffic lights by Halfords into Avenue Road.
Continue straight on until the traffic lights at the sea front then turn left and follow around the coast past the Princess Theatre. Take first exit at mini roundabout by Pavilion.
Follow road around past shops on your left, to the Clock Tower roundabout.
Take first exit into Torwood Street, across the traffic light into Babbacombe Road.
Arden Court is on the left just past the museum.
