Benson's is a 200 year old traditional Cornish cottage, surrounded by the historical mining countryside of West Cornwall.
We are situated close to the Gwennap section of the Cornish Mining World Heritage site and part of the Mineral Tramways trail network for cyclists and walkers runs behind the cottage.
A short drive brings to you a choice of North Cornwall's fabulous surfing beaches.
With en-suite to both rooms, tea/coffee making facilities, plus off road parking and secure storage for bicycles, Sue and Mike along with their enthusiastic greeters Ben and Cassie, look forward to welcoming you to their home.
Our guest lounge is an ideal place to sit and plan your day, or why not relax in our sunny and secluded garden.
Fresh and locally sourced produce, wherever possible is used for our breakfast along with our home made yoghurt, breads, marmalade and jams.
Benson's breakfast is guaranteed to set you up for the day!

Directions
Travelling West on the A30 to Chiverton Cross Roundabout:
Go straight across - signposted Redruth, take first turn off signposted A3047 - Scorrier and Falmouth.
Pass the Plume of Feathers pub on your right, turn left at the Crossroads Hotel (yes, honestly!).
Go under a bridge and continue to a crossroads, go straight over signposted B3298 Falmouth/St Day.
The road winds for a while and goes up and down hill, on the right you'll see a sign for St Day Holiday Park and just after this is a small crossroads, turn left.
Take the first left and immediately turn right into Consols Road.
You'll pass some bungalows and Benson's at Primrose Cottage is on the left, just after the last bungalow.
