Oak House was built in 2002 by the current owner and is set on the edge of the village of North Pickenham.

The house is a three storey cottage style, in a quarter of an acre of grounds with stunning views of the countryside.

North Pickenham is close to the Peddars Way walk and St Marys Church Houghton on the Hill with it's Frescos; the market town of Swaffham is 3 miles away.

The accommodation is newly built and consists of an open plan room with twin beds and lounge; en-suite with shower, basin WC.
Underfloor heating.TV. Tea and coffee making facilities.
Smoke alarm.

The room has bi-fold doors, which open onto it's patio area with seating; it has it's own private access.

There is a local pub The Blue Lion 2 mins walk away.

Oak House offers evening meals if needed.
