Arden House enjoys a central but quiet position in the sea-side town of Bexhill-on-Sea.

Our guest accommodation consists of two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a twin-bedded, or family room with private bathroom in our relaxed and elegant house.

We are situated close to the railway station and sea-front, with the famous De La Warr Pavilion a short walk away.

Breakfast is served in our beautiful conservatory, overlooking the enclosed garden; our breakfast menu features locally produced bacon, sausages and eggs.

All rooms are provided with hospitality trays and a good selection of tea, coffee and herbal teas and fresh milk. There is a selection of books and also a video library for guests. We also have games such as backgammon, scrabble and draughts for relaxing afternoons or evenings in. Ironing board available on request.

Please note that smoking is not allowed in the bedrooms, but the garden may be used by smokers during the day.

Wi-Fi access now offered throughout the house.

Whether coming to visit family or friends, or to explore the town and beautiful surrounding Sussex countryside, you will be sure of a warm welcome.

We have recently been given a Silver Award, in addition to our four stars by VisitBritain in recognition of the quality of our hospitality and facilities.
