Banks Farm is located on the B6294, one mile from Alston market town itself. It is a 58acre small farm-steading with a number of animals around. We are a small friendly household with a warm atmosphere and good food.
Ideally situated for those wanting to get away from busy town life, to a real country retreat close to nature. Banks Farm is in an elevated location overlooking Alston. This is a tranquil rural setting with wildlife all around.
We offer 2 twin rooms(standard) a private sitting room with TV facilities and tea/coffee making in each room.
A lift is available, if you wish to go into Alston itself, where there are many pubs for your enjoyment.
A packed lunch can be provided to take with you on your cycle or walk and an evening meal is available on request.
There is plenty of parking and bike storage.
We also have a Serena Bay Hot Tub for your tired legs, or just to relax on an evening and enjoy the lovely views over Alston and beyond.
