We are conveniently located for enjoying the nearby beaches such as Camber Sands, Rye Harbour and Winchelsea Beach, nature reserves, bird watching, beautiful countryside, castles and many other attractions.
Lovely walks can be started straight from the house.
After a few minutes strolling along next to the river Tillingham you can enjoy the beautiful views across fields, meandering rivers and valleys to the sea.

There are 4 main roads out of Rye.
Follow the signposts "B2089" towards Battle.
(Ferry Road is the start of the B2089).
You will immediately cross a level crossing where you can see the Rye train station to your right and the windmill to your left.
You will find us about 100 yards down this road on the right hand side.
"At Wisteria Corner" is on the corner with Tillingham Avenue.

When you come out of Rye train station turn right and walk to the level crossing.
