Breakfast is included in the price and is served in the Dining Room between 8am and 9.30am.
We have a varied menu and, if our chickens are cooperating, delicious eggs!
Bournemouth Pier is about a 40 minute walk away along the promenade or beach and Hengistbury Head is within walking or cycling distance.
We are close to both Southbourne and Boscombe where there are good shopping facilities, cafes and restaurants and where there are also good public transport links for trips further afield.

When you get to Pokesdown Station, go through the traffic lights and turn left after the second set of pedestrian lights (B3059).

Go down this road and take the right turn after the Chiropractic College into Beechwood Avenue.
Go to the end of this road and at the crossroads, go straight across - you will then be in Woodland Avenue and we are No. 17 up on the left.
From the east, take the A35 (Christchurch Road) heading for Christchurch.
Drive through Boscombe and after the Sovereign Centre, take the third turning on the right into Parkwood Road (B3059).
