Wayside Cottage was built in 1878 but now offers 21st century comfort and a warm welcome for all.
We are located in the idyllic heartbeat village of Goathland but are only a short distance away from the spectacular North Yorkshire coastline.
The village is surrounded by stunning scenery that can be seen from all of our rooms and our cottage is just a short walk away from the well-known sets of the ITV Heartbeat series; the Aidensfield Arms, Scripps Garage and the village shops.
Goathland station is close by too - featured in the Harry Potter films and a starting point for a memorable steam railway journey through picturesque villages to Whitby and Pickering.
