Bed And Breakfast's own web site
Often described by our guests as "home from home", we offer a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere here at Barns Farm.

There are no curfews and check out time is flexible, depending on who is arriving and at what time.

Dogs, cats, even horses are welcome by arrangement!

A full hearty breakfast is included in our very reasonable rates (starting at just £25 per person).

We offer quality, local ingredients and often have sausages and bacon from our own pigs and of course free range eggs from our hens.

Both rooms have a private bathroom, Freeview TV, Wi-fi access and tea and coffee making facilities.

We are situated just off the A17 between Newark and Sleaford making us handy for the A1, Newark Showground and RAF Cranwell, Grantham and Lincoln.
