We are a friendly, family run Guest House offering comfortable surroundings and generous hearty breakfasts.
We are located within four or five minutes walk of St Ives town centre and harbour.
The bus, coach and rail stations are close by.
St Ives has four sandy beaches all of which are within a four or five minute walk.
All of our guest rooms are en-suite and some have sea views.
Freeview colour televisions and tea/coffee facilities are provided in each room for our guests enjoyment and we have a lovely guest lounge with sea views.
We do offer some limited parking for those guests staying in the sea view rooms or our larger family rooms.

Directions
By car -
Proceed into St Ives via Carbis Bay and when reaching the Portminster Hotel, which you will see on the right, take the left hand slip road, signposted to the leisure centre and car/coach park.
Proceed along Albert Road for approx. 200 yards where the road bends to the left.
Follow the bend around into Talland Road, where The Hollies will be found as the third property on the right.
