It is set in peaceful countryside on the edge of Somerset levels, in the pretty village of Butleigh and has uninterrupted views of farmland, woods and Glastonbury Tor.
It is situated about five miles from Glastonbury and three miles from Millfield School and Street outlet shopping centre with easy access for visiting Wells, Wookey Hole, Cheddar and Bath.
There are numerous National Trust and heritage sites within easy distance.
The accommodation comprises a large double bedroom with 5ft bed (additional single bed available on request) and modern en-suite shower room, all decorated in a cool, classic contemporary style, with painted furniture and flat screen TV/DVD.
There is a separate entrance for guests and exclusive use of a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle, tea and coffee.
Outside, a pretty cottage garden with paths and flower-covered archways can be enjoyed by guests.
A delicious continental breakfast in a basket using fresh produce is delivered to the kitchen at a time convenient to you.
The village pub is 200 metres up the road and serves evening meals.
