Ash Farm is an 18th Century House set in National Trust Countryside yet only 15 minutes from Manchester Airport, five minutes from junction 7 off the M56 and 10 minutes from M6 junction 19.
All our bedrooms have beautiful country views.
Bedrooms have hand made beds with Egyptian cotton bedding with matching bedroom furniture.
In each room there are tea and coffee making facilities, TV with Freeview and trouser press.

The local attraction is Dunham Hall and Park this is a 5 minutes walk from Ash Farm, also Tatton Hall and Park is only a ten minute drive.
Ash Farm is fully Licensed and you can enjoy a bottle of wine in our residents lounge or in your room.
We serve traditional Sunday Lunch in our restaurant from 12.00 to 15.30
