An ideal position when visiting the Norfolk Broads or passing through Suffolk. With the town of Southwold, Dunwich, and the Minsmere nature reserve all a short drive away.
The double en-suite bedroom is situated in the rear annex of the house.
The back stairway leads to your own bedroom and sitting room.
There are lovely views to the garden and surrounding countryside.
In the evening feel free to wander around the gardens, there are several seating areas about.
There is a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, chair, bedside lamp and clock radio.
We also supply a hair dryer, toiletries and linen.
The en-suite has a shower, WC and wash basin.
Adjacent to this is a separate sitting room with settee, chair, freeview TV, wi-fi, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and a single bed for a child or 3rd person.
