Foxes Cottage Bed and Breakfast is a Grade II listed building on the edge of medieval Smarden, one of the most beautiful villages in the Kent Weald.
Our B&B offers a private Bed and Breakfast suite, with en-suite bathroom and it's own private entrance.
It is on the first floor of our second cottage, away from the main residence.
The accommodation overlooks our large wildlife pond, with spectacular views across the Kent countryside.
We are only a short drive away from the historic town of Tenterden, and within easy reach of Sissinghurst, Cranbrook, Rye and a host of other picturesque local towns and villages.

Directions
From Smarden village, take the road alongside The Chequers Pub, Water Lane.
After approximately 1 1/2 miles at the T junction, turn right into Smarden Bell Road.
We are approximately 1/2 mile along this road on the right hand side.
The cost of the B&B suite is £75 per night, and £60 per night as a single.

The price includes a full English breakfast served in our Garden Room, overlooking the large garden and pond.
