Head west on M55 toward Exit 3.
At junction 4, take the A583 exit to Blackpool/N'Shore.
At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto A583/Preston New Rd heading to Blackpool.
Stay on Preston new road until you reach CSL Furniture Store.
Go Straight ahead at the lights,past CSL
This then becomes the B5390(Park Rd).
Continue on B5390/Park Rd.
Count four sets of traffic lights including pedestrian crossings.
At the 4th set of lights turn left into Palatine Rd we are on the right hand side of the road approx., 200yrds.
Abbey Lodge is located at 31 Palatine Road.
