Amber Hills is a very successful B&B due to the care we take to ensure that our guests' comfort comes first!
You can enjoy our well appointed, comfortable rooms which are complete with hospitality trays, LCD flat screen Freeview televisions, radio alarm clocks, hairdriers and central heating.
WiFi is available at no charge or guests may use our free Internet facilities.
Ironing board and iron are available on request, and we have a travel cot if needed.
We have a very pretty garden to share with our guests if the weather is kind!
We are happy to provide full English breakfast from 6.30am for guests who are working locally and need to make an early start, or of course, breakfast can be much later for guests who are at leisure.
We are very fortunate to be situated in a lovely part of the country.
We are also very close to the town of Belper which has been awarded World Heritage status due to its famous mill which was built at the beginning of the Industrial Revolution using the power of the beautiful River Derwent.
Belper is also fortunate in its wealth of restaurants, pubs and acclaimed factory shops and is conveniently very close to the Peak District, Derby and rail and motorway links.

Directions
By car enter Belper on the A6 road.
Turn onto the A517 road signposted to Ashbourne.
Go under the stone archway, then 100 yards further on cross the River Derwent.
Immediately after that, fork right, in front of The Talbot Inn.
You are now on Belper Lane which is steep!
About 3/4 mile up the hill you will see Amber Hills on the left. It is a white and pale green house situated adjacent to the street. If you reach the Hill Top pub on the right you have just passed us!! Rail users please contact us, contact details below, for assistance from station.
