We are situated in a quiet private road only 100 yards from lovely Avon beach. You can lie in bed at night and hear the waves breaking gently on the beach.

Disabled Facilities: There are disabled facilities. There is a 3"-4" high threshold to the front door but the downstairs bedrooms and guest areas are level and accessible to narrow wheel chairs.
All rooms have walk-in showers with grab rails and in addition the toilet in the twin room also has grab rails but a wheelchair cannot access the showeroom. The house is suitable for those who can walk a few paces.
Pet Facilities: Pets are not allowed. Guide dogs only accepted with advance notice.
Special Diets Provision: Special diets are catered for. Special diets can normally be cater for but please phone to discuss your requirements in advance.
Smoking Facilities: Smoking is not allowed. We do not accept smokers.

At roundabout turn left towards Highcliffe, Mudeford and Friars Cliff (away from Christchurch).
At next roundabout turn right along The Runway, past a few shops on the left and the Sandpiper pub.
Take next left into Friars Road, and second left into Rook Hill Road.
SeaHaze is the third house on the left.
Look for the name on the garden wall.
