We are within seven or eight minutes walking from the town centre with bus stops located at the top and bottom of the road.

Penzance is a small bustling town with many interesting shops, galleries, pubs, restaurants and cafés.

Take a stroll along the amazing promenade or a refreshing dip in the Jubilee sea water pool.

Penzance is well served by public transport, with the coach, bus and rail links from many places throughout Cornwall and the United Kingdom.

Westbourne is also the ideal stopover on your way to and from the Isles of Scilly is only a two or three minute drive from the ferry terminal, a four or five minute drive from the bus and rail station and 15 minutes from Lands End airport.

Westbourne house will make the perfect base as you take time to explore the amazing Lands End peninsula with amazing views and rugged coastline, sandy beaches and secluded coves.

Visit the fishing village of Newlyn and picturesque village of Mousehole with their winding streets, galleries and gift shops.

Further west along the coast is Porthcurno with the stunning Minack open-air theatre where you can book a show or just wander down to the stunning beach below with its golden sands and Logan rock as its backdrop

Then continue onto Lands End with its rugged coastline and cliffs, sit and admire its natural beauty or take a walk along part of the south west coast path along the cliffs edge.

Onwards to Sennen to relax on its golden sands or take to the water for a dip or even try surfing,in the evening watch the sun set over the Isles of Scilly.

Travelling onwards along the north coast you will reach St Just a small quaint town (go and discover Cape Cornwall).

Keep following the north coast road onto Botallack (with Levant mine) this whole area is steeped in mining history.

Stop off at Geevor tin mine for a trip into the mine then onto Pendeen and Zennor and drop down to St Ives with the Tate Gallery, picturesque harbour and a multitude of gift shops, galleries and fabulous sandy beaches.

Back on the south coast a visit to Marazion is a must.

Stroll across the causeway to St Michaels Mount and climb up to visit the castle and gardens, which cling to the cliffs.

The Mount whilst being part of the national trust is still home to the St.Aubyn family.

A visit to the beautiful Isles of Scilly.

Day trips can be taken by the Scillonian ship that sails most days from Penzance or from Lands End Airport via the Skybus aircraft.

For those interested in gardens
There are some stunning examples the Eden project, Trelissick, Trebah and the lost gardens of Heligan are all about one hour distant, with St Michaels Mount, Trengwainton and Trewithen within ten minutes drive.

Mounts bay is superb for windsurfing and sailing.

Sennen and St Ives are renowned for their surfing with surf lessons available and for the golf enthusiasts there are golf courses within 20/25 minutes drive.
