The historic town of Arundel is nearby with its Castle, Antique shops, the River Arun and Wildfowl Wetlands Trust.
Goodwood with the famous motor sports and horse-racing events and Fontwell Race Course is also only few minutes' drive away.
Country walks can be ventured by foot from Orchard House and the South Downs are just a two mile drive away.
There are many activities available in the area such as golf, water sports, tennis and horse-riding.
