Bed And Breakfast's own web site
Tracey Mill is one of the few remaining working water mills in Devon.

Thought to date from the 17th century, the mill with its attached miller's house has been both home and workplace for a long series of millers down through the years.

Located in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Tracey Mill sits on a quiet country lane yet only ten minutes stroll from the town.

Following extensive refurbishment we can offer our guests stunning accommodation with a choice of en-suite bedrooms, each with colour TV and hospitality tray.

Devon is renowned for its stunning coastline and picturesque countryside.

The historic market town of Honiton benefits from direct access to the A30/A35 and A373, is only 11 miles from the M5 and less than 10 miles from the south coast towns of Sidmouth, Branscombe and Beer.

This makes it an ideal base from which to explore the county or as a delightful stop-over for those travelling through.

The town itself also has an excellent selection of shops and eateries.

Highlights
  • Historic working Water Mill.
  • Ideally located to explore beautiful East Devon and beyond.
