Midway between Ely and Newmarket and within easy reach of Cambridge and Bury St. Edmunds, we are ideally situated for visitors to this part of East Anglia.

Accommodation comprises one double bedroom with a private bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi bath, and one twin room with en-suite facilities.

The house is situated at the edge of the village overlooking farmland in a one acre garden with ample off road parking.

It is also home to our antique furniture restoration workshops (W R Parr) that are situated at the rear of the property.

We are a vegetarian household and provide organic Fairtrade products where possible.

We keep chickens for our own eggs and make all our own bread.

Dogs are welcome by arrangement. Please note we have a dog and three cats of our own.

We are just seven miles from Newmarket, world famous for horse racing and the national stud.

The town also has a new public swimming pool and a variety of shops.

Ely and its old town offers the Cathedral, Oliver Cromwell's House and boating on the river Cam.

Historic Cambridge is about 20 miles away, with its wealth of Colleges and old buildings.

Nearby you can find nearby the Imperial War Museum at Duxford, Thetford for forest walks and both Wicken Fen and The Lakenheath Reserve for wildlife.
