Linnmhor House is a fully refurbished Edwardian villa offering superior quality, luxury bed and breakfast accommodation in a beautiful Highland location.

The historic village of Strathpeffer, famous for its Victorian Spa Pavilion, has it's own 18 hole golf course, and lies 18 miles north-west of Inverness - 5 miles west of Dingwall.

With a host of places of interest to visit in the Scottish Highlands, whether travelling by road, rail or air, Linnmhor House provides the perfect central base.

Inverness, Ullapool, Gairloch, Dornoch and Drumnadrochit (home of the official Loch Ness monster exhibition) and the whole of the Highlands are all within easy driving distance from the village.

We offer a distinctive Scottish breakfast choice in a relaxing environment at any reasonable time, convenient to our guests. Our eclectic dishes include:

* Traditional smoked haddock Kedgeree served with warm home made oatmeal bread
* Stornoway black pudding on a home made potato scone topped with a lightly poached egg
* Scottish smoked salmon with free-range scrambled eggs
* Cockburns of Dingwall haggis on a crushed potato cake topped with seasonal wild mushrooms
