Located in the heart of the Northern Fells of the Lake District National Park, Rosemary Cottage is an attractive barn conversion property that has all the original charm of a cottage, with many original features, but modern enough for your complete comfort and satisfaction.
Rosemary Cottage is our home and integrates B&B visitors into an informal relaxed atmosphere.
We have two very friendly German short-haired pointers, who also like to be part of the action and meet our guests. Our friendly, easy going outlook will ensure your stay is both enjoyable and memorable.
The accommodation provides two spacious bedrooms with en-suite. Both rooms have king sized beds and have been totally refurbished in a contemporary style.
The bedrooms have a radio-alarm with i-pod dock, flat screen TV with DVD player, while Wi-Fi is available through most of the house for those who cannot be separated from the Internet.
Breakfast time is always a real treat, served in our comfortable
dining room, you can enjoy a relaxing start to the day, with something to suit your appetite from our extensive menu.
We are cyclist and walker friendly - Close to cycle and walking routes.

Directions
From the M6
Leave at Junction 41 and take the B5305 west to Wigton. Travel through Unthank and turn left - sign posted Caldbeck on the B5299.
This road takes you through the villages of Heskett Newmarket and Caldbeck. Keep the Oddfellows public house to your right and continue up the hill out of the village for a mile with the river on your right. You will pass a small bridge on the right, we are another mile on the left-hand side. If you go over the cattle grid you have gone too far!
