The Barn is situated in the heart of Barrowford village, within a few minutes walk of local restaurants, pubs and shops.
Ideally placed for walking and cycling we offer secure storage and off street parking as well as a collect/drop off service for people walking the Pendle Way or the Pennine Way.
We are within half an hour's drive of the Yorkshire Dales, the historic market towns of Skipton and Clitheroe and Howarth and the Bronte Way.
Pendle has a varied history including that of the Pendle Witches who were executed in 1612. There are also many historical attractions from the Industrial Revolution to visit. Walks along the Leeds/Liverpool canal, which runs through Barrowford, can be a relaxing and informative way of exploring the area.
The local area is rich in wildlife with a variety of habitats from woodland to moorland including lakes and wetlands.
The owners will be happy to help you explore the area as walking guides.
On rainy days you can take advantage of the retail opportunities offered by local mill shops such as Boundary Mill, Barden Mill, Junction 12 and Ossie Mills.
