Named after the legend of St Ives, Little Leaf Guest House is a unique B&B situated in the heart of St Ives with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and St Ives Harbour.
Quiet, yet only minutes from the centre of town, sandy beaches, the Tate, and the Coastal Path, Little Leaf is the perfect place to relax, explore Cornwall and enjoy a fabulous breakfast.
There are five unique rooms, each one tailored to ensure that you have the most comfortable stay possible.
Breakfasts are generous and use locally sourced ingredients and there is a private terrace where you can enjoy a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.
Each room has a flat screen television with freeview, iPod docks, free wi-fi, and there is an iPad available for guest use. There is a selection of DVDs and books for you to use while staying and the painters among you can hire easels.
Packed lunches and walkers teas are all available on request. At Little Leaf Guest House we love walking and sightseeing and we know how important it is to be well fed along your journey (try walking from St Agnes to St Ives!).
For a little extra cost we would be really happy to make you a packed lunch for your day's adventure, and/or welcome you back with a homemade cake and freshly laid out tea and coffee either in the dining room or your bedroom.
St Ives is the perfect base from which to explore Cornwall and everything you might want to see in the area is never very far away that's if you ever want to leave St Ives itself.
We have books and insider secrets galore, and we'll be more than happy to talk your ear off about all the things to do and places to go once you arrive.
Little Leaf is not just a name it's a philosophy, and we do our best to be as environmentally friendly as possible. We strive to minimise energy usage and use local produce, investing in the community we love.

The A30 runs through Cornwall from Exeter to Penzance.
When you reach Lelant take the A3074 into St Ives, eventually turn right (at the Porthminster Hotel) into the town centre where the road turns sharply right and downhill.
Follow it down and turn left onto the B3306 / Gabriel Street and Park Avenue is the 3rd turning on the left.
Parking is scarce in St Ives, especially during the busy season and Little Leaf Guest House does not have private parking.
However there is a large public car park (Park Avenue) just three doors down, and another behind us (Trenwith car park)
Those of you who arrive by train are very lucky.
The branch line which runs from St Erth to St Ives is one of the most scenic train journeys in the UK.
Little Leaf Guest House is a 5-8 minute walk from St Ives train station.
It is slightly uphill however so if you have heavy or bulky luggage do let us know in advance and we will do our best to pick you up from the station.
If you're walking follow the main road into St Ives town centre and just before the road turns right to go sharply downhill you'll see a small set of steps in front of you (next to the estate agent).
Go up those steps and you'll find yourself on Park Avenue, turn right and you'll see us as you walk up the road.
