Upper Midgley is a working cattle farm and livery stables near the Yorkshire Sculpture Park, the recently opened Hepworth Gallery and the Yorkshire Mining Museum.
We are close to motorway links but are undisturbed by it in the heart of rural farmland close to 'Last of the Summer Wine' country, Peak District and Yorkshire Dales, with the east coast being only one and a half hours away!
The garden is large and children are welcome to play in it, guests are also welcome to use the garden to enjoy at their leisure!
All our rooms have been recently refurbished, and are en-suite, have flatscreen Freeview TV's/DVD's, WiFi connection, well stocked hospitality trays, hairdryers, fluffy robes and washing and ironing facilities.
Breakfast's are immense! We have an extensive breakfast menu, freshly Aga cooked to order.
Children are welcome and we can provide a cot and high chair.
We also provide packed meals to order, fill flasks and warm up baby bottles!
We can also ferry guests to and from the Sculpture Park.
We have secure parking next to the house. Our guest's requirements are important to us!
