We are situated on the open top coastal bus service (seasonal), which runs from the train station through Bournemouth centre, past Mountbatten Court to Swanage.

The local pub only a few minutes walk away.
We only use fresh local ingredients for our breakfasts (only cage free eggs are used at all times). Organic produce if possible.

Follow A338 from RINGWOOD changes to A35 in Bournemouth.
On entering Bournemouth area, go straight across two roundabouts. When approaching the third roundabout( lv insurance in middle of roundabout)take inside lane, and take 2nd exit onto the Avenue. Straight across traffic lights, take first left (TOWER ROAD). Mountbatten road 2nd left.
