Leave the M5 at Junction 30 — long slip-road, keep left, take first exit. Mini dual-carriageway, follow signs to Sidmouth and Westpoint — A3052. Straight across roundabout, follow signs to Sidmouth and Westpoint — A3052. Pass St Bridget’s Garden Centre on Right. Take next right into Oil Mill Lane. Travel for approximately 4 minutes, over two small hump-bridges, turn into un-named lane on left. Names of properties are at the beginning of this lane. Travel to very end of the lane and bear left around the bend into Kiddicott Farm yard. |
